Gays in the Cabinet, priority of sins - the Caribbean IRN Update 20 January

In this update, we share the reports from Jamaica and Guyana who held their elections within the last two months, and other updates from the Caribbean media.

The Jamaican elections became more interesting when PNP candidate after    Portia says nothing is wrong with gays in Cabinet and this generated many responses as in this Coverage of the pro-LGBT stance taken by Ms Portia Simpson Miller

The news that Jamaican gay activist, Maurice Tomlinson, married a Torontonian was also carried in the Jamaican media with headlines such as Jamaican gay activist marries 'soulmate'
