Description: On December 7, join three human rights experts to discuss the experiences of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) people in the Caribbean. Charles Radcliffe from the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), Victor Madrigal from the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), and Mark Bromley from the Council for Global Equality will answer your questions and share their insights on this important topic.
